Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup mayonnaise full fat preferred
  • 2 teaspoons white truffle oil add gradually to taste
  • 2 cloves garlic minced or pressed
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice freshly squeezed
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt or to taste
  • 1/8 teaspoon black pepper freshly ground
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley or chives chopped, optional for garnish

Instructions
 

  • Gather and measure all ingredients, including the mayonnaise, truffle oil, garlic, lemon juice, mustard, salt, and pepper.
  • Mince the garlic cloves finely using a knife or garlic press until smooth and paste like.
  • In a medium mixing bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, minced garlic, Dijon mustard, and lemon juice until smooth and well combined.
  • Drizzle in the white truffle oil a little at a time, whisking continuously and tasting as you go, until the truffle flavor reaches your desired intensity.
  • Season with salt and black pepper, then whisk again to fully incorporate.
  • Cover and refrigerate for at least 10 to 15 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
  • Garnish with chopped fresh parsley or chives just before serving and enjoy.

Notes

For best results, add truffle oil gradually since potency varies between brands. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 5 days and avoid freezing, as the texture may separate. Stir well before serving if chilled.
